Custom Special Order Projects
Note: These terms cover our custom special order work. For standard stock orders, please see our Standard Terms. If you are under 18 see our Minors terms . If you are buying a gift, see our Gifts terms.

Contact us: Special Order Projects require communication with our sales and design consultants to prepare a free price quote good for 30 days. Due to the nature of custom made-to-order merchandise, there may be a waiting list to which you can be added for future follow-up. If you anticipate moving forward after 30 days, we may revise your quote due to operations and supplier costs that are subject to change without notice.

Order and Pricing:   Custom orders are subject to our terms at the time of your online payment but before design work begins we need a signed copy sent either by email or regular mail. Your total price only increases if your final design selections require more investment than your original request.

Custom Deposits and Payments
Deposits: Unless you are granted special arrangements, custom projects quoted $300 or less require full non-refundable payment in advance and orders over $300 no less than 50% non-refundable deposit to move your order forward and receive priority for design phase.  A deposit compensates our talented designers and authorized representatives allowing them to assist with your design specifics and set a tentative spot in our production schedule until designs are approved. Upon design approval and mutual consent, a more accurate estimated quote may be required and another installment of your balance to cover materials and release your project to production.

Scheduling Custom Work
Only an authorized representative can schedule design, production and completion dates. No priority is given unless an estimate is approved and order invoice secured with deposit. Custom work takes longer to complete than standard stock items. Our high detailed craftsmanship does not include rush jobs. If you inform us upfront that your project is time sensitive, and we can’t work you in, we may recommend another company who can help.

Design Services:  If you are on a waiting list and we can not begin production on your project we will accept a smaller deposit for purposes of design consultation only which is included as part of every custom project. Please provide us with contact information so we can work with you to complete approved design layouts before we schedule hand crafting production. If you receive a measuring kit as part of the design phase, you must complete measurements and return the kit before we can start your designs. If the measuring kit is not returned within 90 days, your order will be cancelled and deposit forfeited unless special arrangements are made.

Production and Delivery: We require at least 50% deposit of total order to schedule production. After your project is released to production, progress updates will reach you via email or phone. Your agreement is with our company so any representative we authorize can assist with your project. Only after production is underway can we determine a tentative completion and shipping date for delivery. The balance is due at that time, upon complete satisfaction. At times, for proper fitting of “product to instrument”, it is necessary that we personally deliver the strap. If this should be the case, the client will be responsible to make all arrangements including travel expense for this meeting.

Customer Satisfaction: 100% customer satisfaction, from conception to completion, is our goal before we even start crafting your project. Every client is important to us as our qualified representatives hand craft our product to your specifications to meet or exceed your expectations with feedback from design to production and delivery. Checkout Payments
We accept major credit card payments at checkout via PayPal. To place your order online please see our ORDER PAYMENT PAGE . For customers in the USA personal checks or money orders are gladly accepted; but they must be made out to CT Music Straps, mailed, and clear the bank before we can process your order.
