Scheduling for Production:

Once all designs are finalized and additional funds (if applicable) are approved by the Customer, we will schedule a tentative date for production to commence. This could be placing you at the end of a long waiting list or attempting to work you in between other jobs. This is only a target date to BEGIN the actual handcrafting of leather and NOT the completion date of the project. Tentative dates are only proposed and subject to change.
If no other changes from the Customer are added, we will confirm an actual start date as we get close to the tentative date.

Acquisition of Special Materials:

We may need additional special materials during the design or production phase. Depending on the situation, we may need you to send us additional payment to cover these materials. This is discussed on a case-by-case basis. It’s important to know that we may need to put your project on hold while we are waiting for payment.
