Before we move forward with your order you must first contact us to discuss your general design concept of the project you have in mind.
We take time to listen to each customer and offer design consultation.
non-refundable payment (deposit or full) is required once you speak with a staff member and agree to the quote.
Now it’s time for the fun part, where we work together as a team to turn your vision into a reality.
Once all designs are finalized and additional funds (if applicable) are approved by the Customer, we will schedule a tentative date for production to commence.
This is when production actually commences and we start cutting leather, carving, tooling, setting crystal embellishments, etc.
Once the project has shipped, tracking Info is sent to the customer and auto tracking email updates are set up.
